This intensive wrestling camp in Roanoke/Salem, VA, is designed for high school athletes aspiring to compete at the collegiate level. Participants will experience a typical day inside a college wrestling program, focusing on advanced skills through repetitive drilling, sparring, and live matches.

In addition to wrestling techniques, the camp emphasizes becoming a complete student-athlete with sessions on recovery, nutrition, mental toughness, strength training, and the spiritual aspects of athletic performance. It’s the ideal camp for athletes seeking to elevate their wrestling and prepare for the next level of competition.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds on the actual camp registration for any reason unless the insurance is purchased (any add-ons can be refunded). We charge a deposit when you register, but do not charge the full amount until 10 days out. It will be automatically drafted. If you need to pull your child out of a camp, let us know and you will not automatically deduct the remaining balance. If you do need to cancel, let us know so that we can refund you any extras you purchased.
