Fall Preseason Session
Noke Wrestling's Fall Preseason Session provides an intensive training program for youth, middle school, and high school wrestlers in Salem and Roanoke, VA. This session, open to both male and female athletes, focuses on developing folkstyle wrestling skills for the preseason. Join us at the Bast Center on the Roanoke College campus and train with dedicated coaches who prepare wrestlers for the upcoming season with skill-building sessions and opportunities for competition.

Program Focus
Our Fall Preseason Session focuses on preseason skill development in folkstyle wrestling, preparing athletes for their high school and middle school seasons. Wrestlers of all levels can enhance their technique, strength, and match-readiness through structured and progressive training.

Mondays: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
