Noke Wrestling RTC Intermediate practices offer elementary-aged athletes in Salem and Roanoke, VA, a comprehensive folkstyle wrestling program focused on skill development and training. Open to both boys and girls, this program provides young wrestlers with professional coaching, regular practice sessions, and competition opportunities.

How to pay for the Club
There are 2 ways to pay for the club.
If you would like to sign-up as a FULL MEMBER, please visit the REGISTER button below. It will automatically renew every month on the date you signed up for. If you would like to cancel- it is your responsibility to let us know at nokertc@gmail.com before it auto renews. Being a full member gives you access to:

1-Attend ANY Noke Wrestling RTC Practices
2-Attend ANY Noke Wrestling RTC Clinics (we will be bringing in guest clinicians again this spring) WE WILL NOT OPEN IT TO THE PUBLIC.
3-Attend the NOKE TEAM CAMP (as a commuter) or YOUTH DEVELOPEMENTAL CAMP for no charge
4-Usage of our Wrestling facility for any private lessons with a RC coach or wrestler (provided the room is not being used)
5-First right of refusal for any of our Club Dual teams we put together (if there are 2 the same weight, we will have a wrestle-off)
If you would like to do the occasional practice and DROP-IN, it is $20 a practice. You can do this by Venmo (@nokewrestling) or you can do this by cash/check. On the right-side of the wrestling room there is a drop-box. Simply put your cash/check in the envelope and put your name/email on it. Then drop it in the drop box. If you are doing Venmo, please sign-in as well and put your child's name/email on the Venmo payment.
Please do the right thing and pay for each practice. All of this money goes back into the club.

Program Focus
The Intermediate practices are designed for elementary school wrestlers to develop foundational skills in folkstyle wrestling. Through expert coaching and regular practice, young athletes build confidence, technique, and endurance, setting the stage for success in both training and competition. Our core values that are instilled are being COACHABLE, WORKING HARD, and HAVING FUN!
Training Schedule
Practice dates and times are updated bi-weekly through email and GroupMe as we will not practice every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday.
