
The Noke Wrestling Regional Training Center (RTC) is dedicated to providing development and learning in a positive and competitive environment. We want to develop each athlete to work hard, have a great attitude and enjoy the process. Our ultimate goal is simple - we want each student-athlete to realize their true potential as a person and we believe wrestling is a great tool to help get them there.

Youth Level
This level is for any beginner to the sport of wrestling or for those that have a basic understanding of the rules and some skills.
GOALS:
Instruction on base line techniques and fundamentals
Foster a love for wrestling through positivity and fun
Learn how to control the “controllable”- great effort and great attitude
Ages: 5-12 years of age, Male or female (Elementary)
Experience: 0-3 years

This level is for middle school wrestlers looking to continue training for the VAWA state tournament and throughout the year.
GOALS:
Peak in conditioning and skill for the VAWA State tournament
Ages: 12-15 years of age, Male or Female (Middle School)
Experience: Middle School wrestling season

Advanced Level
This level is for anyone that has the basic techniques and can execute them through drilling and live wrestling. We work on higher level techniques and compete throughout the state and surrounding states.
GOALS:
Learn how to control the “controllable”- great effort and great attitude
Help each athlete prepare to compete for Regional, State, and National Titles
Master fundamental techniques that are successful throughout any level
Ages: 10-18 years of age, Male or Female (High School/Middle School)
Experience: >2 years

Elite Level
This level is for any high schooler and post graduate that is competing at a national level. We will focus on freestyle & Greco wrestling and compete at national events.
GOALS:
Master High Level techniques specific to each athletes style. Help each athlete compete for Regional, State, and National Titles. Help each athlete continue on to the next level - college wrestling.
Ages:
16 and above, Collegiate/Post Grad/High Level High School
Experience:>6 years

Practice proper hygiene. Please take a shower as soon as you get home or at the facility if it allows.
