Winter Youth Session
Noke Wrestling's Winter Youth Session offers elementary-aged athletes in Salem and Roanoke, VA, a comprehensive folkstyle wrestling program focused on skill development and training. Open to both boys and girls, this program provides young wrestlers with professional coaching, regular practice sessions, and competition opportunities to prepare for the upcoming season.

Program Focus
The Winter Youth Session is designed for elementary school wrestlers to develop foundational skills in folkstyle wrestling. Through expert coaching and regular practice, young athletes build confidence, technique, and endurance, setting the stage for success in both training and competition.
Training Schedule

Membership Information
The Winter Youth Membership provides elementary wrestlers with access to expert coaching, regular training sessions, and the chance to compete in regional tournaments, all within a positive and supportive environment.
