Advanced session
Elevate your wrestling skills in Roanoke and Salem with Noke Wrestling’s elite training program for experienced athletes. Held at the Bast Center on Roanoke College’s campus, this program focuses on Folkstyle wrestling development through the NHSCA Nationals before transitioning to Freestyle in preparation for State and National events, including USAW National Championships (FARGO). Open to both male and female wrestlers, training runs from mid-March through the championship season to sharpen technique, build confidence, and enhance competitive performance.

Program Focus
Our program is designed to develop high-level wrestling skills, starting with Folkstyle training through the NHSCA Nationals before transitioning to Freestyle in preparation for State and National events like USAW National Championships (FARGO). Athletes will refine technique, improve mat awareness, and build endurance through structured, competition-focused sessions. With expert coaching and a supportive environment, wrestlers will gain the confidence and skills needed to excel at the highest levels.

Membership Information
The Spring Advanced Membership offers dedicated training for wrestlers looking to make a jump in levels in the off-season. We will predominately focus on Freestyle to help out athlete qualify for the Virginia National Team.
This membership provides structured coaching and focused development, helping athletes in Roanoke and Salem, VA, stay sharp, build strength, and elevate their wrestling throughout the season.
